All products and services offered on this website are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason.

2. Custom Orders

Custom printed products (e.g., signs, banners, decals) are non-refundable once approved. Please review all proofs carefully — we are not responsible for errors in approved artwork.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Pricing may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Payment

Payment is due before production begins unless otherwise arranged. We accept e-transfer and other payment methods as indicated on the invoice or checkout.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

We aim to complete most jobs within 2–5 business days, depending on the order. Delivery is available within the GTA. Canada-wide shipping is available upon request.

6. Returns & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns. If there is a production error on our part, we will reprint the item at no charge.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We do not assume responsibility for copyright violations in customer-provided content.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from delays, printing variations, or the use of our products beyond their intended purpose.
