At Print Plus Sign, every product we make is custom-printed to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. However, we are committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring your satisfaction.

✅ Reprints & Corrections

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or does not match the approved design or proof, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no additional cost.

To request a reprint:

• Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order

• Include photos showing the issue and your order number

• We may request the product be returned for inspection

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Errors in artwork or text that were approved by the customer

• Color variations within standard tolerance

• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect order information

• Custom products created correctly based on the approved proof

📦 Shipping Issues
